1. Project Overview
Organizations operating across international environments increasingly face challenges related to multilingual communication and information processing. Audio and speech data may originate from multiple sources, languages, and communication channels, making information access and analysis difficult at scale. LINGUARISE-DC brings together research institutions, technology providers, and domain experts to advance multilingual speech and language technologies capable of supporting these complex environments. The project focuses on improving how spoken information is transcribed, processed, and made accessible across languages while supporting interoperability between different systems and workflows. By combining speech recognition, language technologies, and AI-driven information processing, the project aims to improve the ability of organizations to discover, analyze, and utilize spoken information regardless of the language in which it was originally communicated.
